New Duo Track By Dean & Coco
Dean is getting back in touch with his piano-based roots, and is beginning to incorporate grand piano into the general format of The Stratos Ensemble far more than in the past. This is the first of many ensemble tracks to come, serving as an example of that new instrument format inclussion.
And Stratos leader Dean De Benedictis has been collaborating with Stratos drummer Coco Roussel on some duo material. They are currently using the name Dean & Coco, homage to Kit & Coco, one of Dean's favorite duos from Coco's earlier years with keyboardist Kit Watkins. Their new track is improvised and ambient, and was recently posted on the Fateless Flows Soundcloud page. It is currently downloadable, but not for long, so grab it while it's free.
